The Salvation Army serves anyone who is interested in making us their home church.  The people connected with our church, represent a wide spectrum of the community from both an economic, ethnic and age perspective. The Salvation Army was raised to evangelize. Every corps in every territory of the world will have a program of evangelism to reach out into community.

The Salvation Army's doctrines follow mainstream Christian beliefs and its articles of faith emphasize God's saving purposes. It sees no conflict between spiritual and social ministry, which it has traditionally embarked upon without discrimination in committed service in His name. The motto "Heart to God and hand to man" well describes this integrated holistic ministry.

A perspective of The Salvation Army's ministry is thoughtfully described within the publication Servants Together.

Evangelism provides a focal point for the global mission of The Salvation Army through building an international network of leaders responsible for mission development, corps growth and evangelism.
