Major Bryan Smith, Corps Commanding Officer of The Salvation Army, and responsible for its work in Arundel, Saco, Biddeford and Old Orchard Beach, welcomed the newest Advisory Board Member, Chief Ricky Plummer, Fire Chief of Old Orchard Beach, Maine.

Chief Plummer has had previous experience serving on the Advisory Board of another Army location and is well known for his willingness to provide service to those in need.
