A little history.. The Lewiston/Auburn Salvation Army has been serving the Twin Cities for over 100 years starting under the Command of Captain Happy Jack Dale in 1885. Operating from headquarters located at Lisbon and Main St, Middle St and Park St. The cornerstone for the current Community Center site at 67 Park St. was laid in 1959 with a grand opening celebration in1960. Dedicated through the Salvation Army Mission to service to man through God, the Community Center is under the Command of Lieutenants Daniel and Holly Johnson. From Church Services to summer camp, food pantry to disaster relief, recreational and educational programs, every thing we do is done in the name and service of God.
