The Salvation Army, Portland Corps is dedicated to serve the community during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Many families and individuals are experiencing loss of income due to the mandatory shutdowns in Maine, and the most vulnerable to the virus have become shut-ins without a way to access necessary items. 

Our social service office is open by phone interview and in person to assess client needs and conclude the best plan of action to serve the client.  Our services include, but are not limited to, food, clothing, toiletries, heating oil, and utilities.  

Any resident of Cape Elizabeth, Cumberland Foreside, Falmouth, Portland, Scarborough, South Portland, Westbrook, and Yarmouth are eligible for services through our Portland office.  For more information, please call 207-774-4172.
